At POLA Symbiosis, experienced freelancers from software development, online marketing, design and consulting work together. What unites us is the ambition to make brands visible, develop digital projects strategically and implement innovation in a way that makes a real difference.
We are deliberately not a conventional company with a fixed payroll, but a collective: for every project we assemble the team that truly fits – lean, senior and directly available.
Paul is a full-stack developer with many years of experience building web and app solutions and in UX design. He has delivered digital platforms for national and international brands – from responsive web applications and complex visualisation tools to intuitive front-end solutions. One of his projects was honoured with the German Design Award. His work stands for technical precision, user focus and a confident command of complex systems.

She has been responsible for campaigns and digital projects for national and international brands and organisations across a range of industries. Her work is defined by strategic clarity, efficient delivery and brand communication with attitude.

Depending on the project, interdisciplinary teams come together to think digital solutions through holistically and deliver them precisely.

POLA Symbiosis was founded by Paul Mura (full-stack development, UX) and Ola Mura (online marketing, project management, branding). Together with a network of experienced experts, they form the collective.
The core is two founders, each with more than ten years of experience. Depending on the project, we work with two to eight further specialists from our network.
Because we work differently: no overhead, no junior pyramid, no account manager between you and the people who actually deliver your project.
